Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. The service

Zuri helps landlords record rent, deposits and repairs and lets tenants view their own account. By signing in you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tenants must use only the portal code issued to them.

3. Accurate records

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of the tenant, rent and payment information they enter. Balances shown in Zuri are a record-keeping aid and are not a legal statement of account or a tenancy agreement.

4. Payments

Zuri records payments received through M-Pesa or entered manually; it does not hold or move money. Disputes about payments are between landlord and tenant.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copy of important records.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
