Finding a home
Does it cost anything to book?
No. Sending a booking request is free. The landlord contacts you to confirm the unit and explain any deposit or next steps.
Is my unit reserved once I send a request?
Not until the landlord confirms. A request tells them you are interested; they will call or message you.
Who can see my details?
Only the landlord of that unit. See the privacy policy.

How do tenants pay?
By M-Pesa to your Paybill, using their portal code or unit number as the account number.
Can tenants see other tenants' information?
No. A tenant only ever sees their own portal.
I'm a tenant and can't sign in.
Ask your landlord for a reset code, then use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. More in the help centre.
